Here Is my project.  Father's Dad gift bag.  I used the Close to my Heart Cricut Artiste Cartridge and the Day for Dad stamp set.  I really enjoyed using both.  The box turned out really cute.  I cut the tag using the cartridge as well, it was cut at 2 1\2 inches.   The box was pretty much fit to page.  I hope you enjoyed my project as well as my fellow team member's works of art.   Hope you visit again and please comment and subscribe.

Thanks!!

Easter Treat Boxes!

Hello!

Just wanted to show you all the treat boxes I made for my nephew's class.
They were a huge hit at the party.  I filled them with toys instead of candy.

Welcome to Day 2 of the Spring is Hopping Blog Hop, March 9th-10th.
I am the final stop on the Bunny Trail. You should have come from Anita's Blog.

Now for my project, I made an Easter Goodie Bag.

This bag is super easy to make and share. You can make these in bulk and give them to people as a small Easter treat, or add them to an Easter basket, or a gift for a Easter egg hunt. Either way they are so easy and so much fun!!

I used the small party favor bags that are sheer and textured (Dollar Tree, Acmoore, Michaels, Joann Fabric, and Walmart carries them). I placed a piece of chipboard/cardboard (something so the ink would not seep through to the back). I then used Stazon black ink to stamp my Easter image. I also used a paper flower, that are super easy to make too. I got these at a store, but Cricut makes two cartridges for flowers (Flower Shoppe and Giant Flowers).

Close To My Heart has two cricut cartridges that have easy to make paper flowers. The following two cartridges are awesome!! They both have over 700 images and correspond with a lot of our stamps sets. Please see our current Idea Book and order yours today(to order click on the "Shop with me" button).
                                         Art Philosophy
                                         Artiste

Fill your bag with treats (I used bubbles as an alternative to cand), and share!! I hope you have fun making these for your loved ones!!

Welcome to the Spring is Hopping Blog Hop on March 9 to 10 from 9 am to 11 pm CST. Thank you for joining us to help us celebrate Spring and Easter. I love all things about the season of awakening. So, I decided to host this fun celebration with some of the most talented crafters that I know.

I do have a few rules for this hop, in support of each crafter and the time they have put into their work, to be eligible for the "Grand Prize" you MUST visit each blog and leave a comment for each day of the blog hop and also become a follower of my blog, and my dt blog at http:// scrappingwithlisadesignsdt.blog spot.com/. The blog candy is $25 in free files over at http://scrappingwithlisadesigns.com/.

I also am giving out a file of $6 value to each person that hops. To get this file, please choose what you would like and then send me an email to ljopeters62@yahoo.com and I will send your file right out to you.

If you have started on this blog you’re on the right track. This hop runs on Mar. 9-10, so you have plenty of time to make it all the way through the hop. Check out each blog and see what each blog has to offer for BLOG CANDY! After all it's springtime and who doesn't like the spring.

Now for my project, I made an Easter Memory Game for my nephew's class. I used a couple different cricut cartridges:

                                       New Testament
                                       Easter 2010
                                       Create A Critter

The pieces are from the Easter 2010 Cricut cartridge.  I had a lot of fun making this project. I can make the file available if anyone would like it. I hope you enjoy this and please visit again.
